Our Verdict
For merchants prioritizing data protection, disaster recovery, and seamless management of multiple Shopify stores, AppsByB: Backup & Restore is the more suitable choice. Its backup and sync capabilities provide peace of mind and operational efficiency. However, it's crucial to note the very low review count, which makes the 5-star rating less reliable.
In contrast, if a merchant's primary concern is optimizing cash-on-delivery payments, reducing fraudulent orders, and streamlining the COD process, Releasit Cash on Delivery COD offers a robust solution. Its features, combined with a significantly higher review count, point to a more mature and field-tested product for COD management. If a merchant doesn't rely on COD or has minimal data change concerns, Releasit Cash on Delivery COD isn't relevant and AppsByB: Backup & Restore is also unnecessary.
