Our Verdict
The choice between AppsByB: Backup & Restore and Zoho Packages hinges on the merchant's primary needs. If the priority is safeguarding store data and managing multiple Shopify stores efficiently, AppsByB is the clear winner. The backup and sync capabilities offer a significant advantage in preventing data loss and streamlining operations across various stores. The positive user reviews, albeit few, lend some confidence to its effectiveness.
However, for merchants already heavily reliant on the Zoho CRM ecosystem, Zoho Packages provides a direct link to centralize customer, product, and order data. Despite the lack of user reviews, the ability to automatically synchronize data with Zoho CRM can be valuable for streamlining sales and customer management workflows. It's advisable to look for updated reviews or trials to ensure the app meets specific integration needs before committing.
