Our Verdict
The choice between these apps hinges entirely on the merchant's current situation. If a merchant is actively planning or executing a migration from WooCommerce to Shopify, AppsByB: WooCommerce Importer is the clearly superior choice, given its specialized features and focus on that specific scenario. However, if the merchant is already on Shopify and wants to protect their store data, Backup & Restore Data | GUA is the appropriate solution. While Backup & Restore Data | GUA has no reviews, the need for daily backups makes this app useful and the user should be more cautious testing it.
