Our Verdict
For merchants aiming to create a structured membership program with various tiers, perks, and exclusive benefits, Appstle℠ Memberships is likely the better choice. Its focus on member tagging and tiered perks provides the tools needed for nuanced membership management. However, for businesses primarily focused on selling subscription-based products and prioritizing immediate, responsive customer support and flexible subscription options (e.g., upfront payments, pay-as-you-go), Recurpay: Subscriptions app is the stronger option. Its 24/7 live human support is a significant advantage, especially for merchants who anticipate needing assistance during off-peak hours.
