Our Verdict
For merchants primarily selling subscription-based products or planning to introduce a subscription model, Appstle℠ Subscriptions App is the clear choice. Its robust subscription management features, customer portal, and focus on reducing churn provide a powerful toolset for building a successful subscription business.
However, if a merchant's goal is to create a broad-based loyalty program rewarding various customer actions (purchases, referrals, etc.) and building long-term engagement, E! ‑ Loyalty Program & Rewards is likely the better option. Its ease of use, focus on gamified rewards, and clear emphasis on customizable loyalty programs make it a strong contender for merchants prioritizing a traditional loyalty approach.
