Our Verdict
For merchants deeply committed to environmental sustainability and looking for a streamlined, automated way to integrate reforestation into their customer experience, Arbor Day Foundation is likely the stronger choice. Its focus on visuals and seamless integration caters well to showcasing impact and driving conversions. However, for merchants who value customer choice and want to support a wider range of charities, particularly local ones, GoGenerosity provides greater flexibility and control. GoGenerosity's potential for converting donations into gift cards for the charity adds a unique revenue-boosting aspect for both the merchant and the supported organization. Merchants with an existing relationship with a particular charity might prefer GoGenerosity's direct donation model.
