Our Verdict
For merchants needing strict control over their checkout process – for example, those dealing with regulated products, inventory limitations, or specific legal requirements – ARCS Checkout Control might be an option, assuming the functionality delivers on its promise and the lack of reviews isn't a major deterrent. However, the absence of reviews raises concerns about its usability and effectiveness. On the other hand, Poloriz ‑ Shoppable Stories is a much safer bet for merchants looking to boost engagement and present their products in a visually appealing manner, similar to popular social media platforms. The existing positive reviews and focus on ease of use make it a better choice for most Shopify stores aiming to modernize their storefront and increase conversions through interactive content. Considering the available data, Poloriz is the better recommendation for most merchants.
