ARCS Checkout Control vs Puco Sections: Theme Sectionsfor Shopify (2026)
ARCS Checkout Control and Puco Sections: Theme Sections address very different needs within a Shopify store. ARCS Checkout Control focuses solely on providing merchants with the ability to display warning messages and potentially prevent checkout based on defined conditions. Its strength lies in giving merchants granular control over the checkout experience, potentially reducing abandoned carts or preventing orders that don't meet specific criteria. However, it lacks any reviews or ratings, making it a risky choice. Puco Sections: Theme Sections, on the other hand, aims to provide a vast library of pre-designed sections and blocks to enhance a store's visual appeal and functionality directly within the Theme Editor. Puco Sections excels by offering an extensive collection of over 200 sections and blocks, simplifying store customization without requiring coding knowledge. Its primary focus is on accelerating store design and improving conversion rates through enhanced visuals and marketing-focused elements. With a perfect 5/5 rating from 151 reviews, it indicates high user satisfaction and reliability. While ARCS Checkout Control is designed for very specific checkout modifications, Puco Sections aims to give design versatility and convenience.

Our Verdict
For merchants needing advanced checkout validation and custom warning messages, ARCS Checkout Control *might* be suitable, but the lack of reviews presents a significant risk. Its success hinges on the complexity and specific requirements of their checkout processes. However, the lack of reviews and ratings in 2026 is concerning.
Puco Sections: Theme Sections is a far safer and more versatile choice for most merchants, especially those looking to enhance their store's visual appeal and user experience without coding. Its high rating and positive reviews suggest a reliable and effective solution for quickly expanding design options and improving conversion rates. It is an excellent fit for entrepreneurs who want to focus on their business rather than getting bogged down in complicated page builders or custom code.
