Our Verdict
Based solely on the provided data, Mercuri WhatsApp SMS Marketing appears to be the safer choice for merchants prioritizing WhatsApp and SMS marketing, given its positive user ratings and reviews. The lack of reviews for ARCS Site Communicator makes it difficult to assess its usability or effectiveness. However, if a merchant specifically requires email automation in addition to SMS and is willing to take a risk on a newer app, ARCS Site Communicator might be considered, assuming they carefully test it. Merchants should prioritize Mercuri WhatsApp SMS Marketing if positive reviews hold higher weight.
