Our Verdict
Based on the available data, Herodesk appears to be the significantly better option for most Shopify merchants seeking a helpdesk solution. Its high rating and explicit focus on ease of use and affordability make it particularly appealing to small and mid-sized businesses who struggle with managing customer support. The Shopify integration and social media channels will make managing conversations and providing support easier for ecommerce stores.
ARCS Support Ticketing System, due to its extremely low rating and lack of specific information, is not recommended at this time. The lack of reviews and the low rating make it difficult to assess its suitability for any particular use case. Potential users would need significantly more information and demonstrable improvements to consider it viable.
