ARCS Support Ticketing System vs Relocate+ Order Editorfor Shopify (2026)
ARCS Support Ticketing System and Relocate+ Order Editor are both positioned within the 'Helpdesk' category on the Shopify App Store. However, they address drastically different aspects of customer support. ARCS aims to be a comprehensive ticketing system for handling customer inquiries, but its extremely low rating (1/5) based on only one review raises significant concerns about its reliability and usability. Relocate+ Order Editor, on the other hand, focuses on empowering customers to self-manage order modifications, such as address changes, product adjustments, and cancellations, thereby reducing the support burden on merchants. Its high rating (5/5) from a relatively substantial number of reviews (31) suggests a positive user experience and effective functionality. Relocate+ is designed to improve customer satisfaction by providing convenient order editing options directly within the order confirmation and status pages, and store accounts.

Our Verdict
Based on the available data, Relocate+ Order Editor is the significantly stronger option for Shopify merchants in 2026. Its excellent rating and positive review count indicate a reliable and valuable app. Its focus on empowering customers to self-manage their orders is a proactive approach to reducing support inquiries and improving customer satisfaction. It is suited for merchants who frequently receive requests to change shipping addresses, product variants, or cancel orders. ARCS Support Ticketing System, with its extremely low rating and single review, is a significantly riskier choice. While a support ticketing system can be valuable, the lack of positive feedback makes it difficult to recommend without further information or substantial improvements to the app.
