Our Verdict
For merchants primarily dropshipping or selling products sourced from platforms like Amazon, AliExpress, or Shein, Areviews ‑ Reviews Importer offers a clear advantage with its ability to import reviews from these sources. Its language translation features are also valuable for reaching a global audience. However, for businesses with a strong local presence and relying on Google My Business for customer acquisition, Google Reviews by Reputon is the better choice. Its Google-centric features, including store locator, AI-powered summaries, and active review collection, are crucial for building trust and improving local SEO. The larger number of reviews suggests stronger user satisfaction and broader applicability for Google Reviews by Reputon in 2026, making it the better choice for businesses wanting to strengthen their Google presence. For merchants sourcing outside of Google, Areviews may be preferable.
