Our Verdict
For merchants seeking a comprehensive solution to automate diverse aspects of their Shopify store, Arigato Automation is the clear choice. Its no-code flow builder, custom code options, and AI integration offer the flexibility to tailor automations to specific needs. However, for merchants whose primary focus is selling digital products, BIG Digital Downloads Products is the superior option. Its features are designed specifically for digital sales, providing crucial capabilities such as secure delivery, license key management, and download limits.
BIG Digital Downloads Products' higher rating and larger number of reviews might suggest broader user satisfaction within its niche. While Arigato Automation is powerful, it may be overkill if the sole requirement is managing digital downloads. If ease of use and niche focus are priorities, BIG Digital Downloads Products is the better selection. If general automation and the potential of AI integration are more important, then Arigato Automation is the preferable choice.
