Our Verdict
Choosing between Arigato Automation and EOE ‑ Easy Order Editing depends entirely on the merchant's needs. For stores that need to automate a wide range of tasks beyond order editing, such as email marketing, inventory management, and customer tagging, Arigato Automation is the clear choice, despite its potentially steeper learning curve. However, for merchants primarily concerned with reducing order cancellations and support tickets by giving customers greater control over their orders post-purchase, EOE ‑ Easy Order Editing offers a simpler and more targeted solution. A smaller store with limited automation requirements will likely find EOE easier to implement and manage, while a larger store may benefit more from the comprehensive capabilities of Arigato, albeit with more setup and maintenance.
