Zapier: Workflow Automation might be more suitable for merchants with existing Zapier workflows across multiple platforms who need to integrate their Shopify store into a larger, more complex automation network. However, Shopify merchants starting out with automation should lean towards Arigato Automation due to its more focused approach and better user sentiment.
