Our Verdict
For merchants whose primary goal is to provide accurate and predictable delivery dates to enhance customer satisfaction and manage expectations, ArivBy Estimated Delivery Date is the superior choice. Its ease of use and seamless integration with Shopify's native inventory system make it accessible to a wide range of businesses. However, if a merchant's main concern is to precisely control shipping costs and optimize their shipping logic using advanced rules and integrations with external carriers, then ShipX - Shipping Rates & Rules is the more suitable option. While it may require more technical configuration due to its reliance on the Carrier Calculated Shipping API, its robust feature set offers significant value for businesses with complex shipping needs. The sheer number of reviews for ShipX (981 vs 32) also suggests a more established and widely adopted product, lending credibility to its claims.
