AskDolphin: Live Chat & AI vs Ests Inquire Profor Shopify (2026)
AskDolphin: Live Chat & AI positions itself as a comprehensive, AI-powered customer service platform for Shopify merchants. Its key differentiators are its AI-driven support (Dolphin AI), product syncing for accurate AI responses, and smart QR codes for physical product after-sales support. It also boasts team management features. Ests Inquire Pro, on the other hand, lacks a detailed feature set and appears to be a simpler inquiry management solution. Its sole selling point is its perfect rating from a single review. AskDolphin is clearly targeting merchants who want to automate and enhance their customer service using AI, especially those selling physical products and requiring 24/7 support. The product sync feature suggests merchants with extensive catalogs could benefit significantly. Ests Inquire Pro, given the limited information, seems suitable for merchants with basic inquiry management needs and a smaller scale of operations. The key distinction lies in the feature-rich, AI-driven approach of AskDolphin versus the potentially simpler, possibly manual, nature of Ests Inquire Pro. While Ests Inquire Pro has a perfect (albeit limited) rating, AskDolphin's lack of reviews presents a significant risk. Merchants will need to weigh the potential benefits of AskDolphin's extensive feature set against the uncertainty of its actual performance. Conversely, the reliability of Ests Inquire Pro is difficult to establish based on a single review.

Our Verdict
For merchants seeking a comprehensive, AI-powered customer service solution with advanced features like product syncing and QR code support, AskDolphin: Live Chat & AI is the more compelling option, despite the lack of reviews. However, the lack of reviews is a major concern, and merchants should thoroughly investigate its reliability and user experience before committing. A free trial, if available, is essential.
If a merchant prioritizes simplicity and only needs basic inquiry management, and if the single 5-star review for Ests Inquire Pro is considered trustworthy, it might be sufficient. However, given the lack of feature details and the limited feedback, it's difficult to recommend Ests Inquire Pro over potentially other options until more information is available. For now, due to the features offered, AskDolphin is worth exploring despite the risk, as long as merchants are prepared to test it rigorously.
