Our Verdict
The choice between AskDolphin and NotFoundBot depends entirely on the merchant's priorities. If a merchant is looking for a full-fledged customer service solution with live chat, AI-powered support, and team management features, AskDolphin, *despite its lack of reviews*, offers a broader range of capabilities. However, the absence of any reviews in 2026 is a significant concern, indicating potential newness or lack of adoption. On the other hand, if the primary concern is addressing broken links and preventing lost sales from 404 errors with a simpler, more focused approach, NotFoundBot, supported by a 5-star rating (with 5 reviews), is the better choice. For stores heavily reliant on organic traffic and concerned about link rot, NotFoundBot provides a targeted and potentially impactful solution. Ultimately, the positive reviews for NotFoundBot give it an edge for merchants primarily focused on broken links, as AskDolphin has no reviews for comparison.
