Common Questions
Which app is easier to set up and use?
Based on the description, Atlas Pickup Points seems designed for ease of use, with the 'Shopify Build Award' focused on user experience. ShipX appears more complex due to its advanced rule system and AI packaging features, likely requiring more configuration effort.
Which app is better for international shipping?
Atlas Pickup Points explicitly states support for 50+ carriers in 35 countries, making it the better choice for international businesses looking to offer convenient pickup options globally. ShipX focuses more on rate calculation, not necessarily geographic reach, although integrations with carriers might offer some international functionality.
Can both apps integrate with my existing OMS/WMS?
Atlas Pickup Points explicitly states 'Straight-forward integration with OMS & WMS'. ShipX doesn't mention direct OMS/WMS integration in the app description; however it integrates with tools such as Starshipit which could be integrated with a WMS or OMS.
Which app helps reduce shipping costs?
