Atlas Pickup Points vs Store Pickup + Delivery (CR)for Shopify (2026)
Atlas Pickup Points and Store Pickup + Delivery (CR) both cater to the 'Delivery and Pickup' category on Shopify, but they address fundamentally different merchant needs. Atlas Pickup Points focuses exclusively on offering a wide network of pickup locations via parcel lockers (APMs), PUDOs, and Point Relais, globally. Its key strength lies in its extensive carrier support (50+ in 35 countries) and seamless integration with existing WMS and OMS systems. The app's award-winning user experience aims to simplify international deliveries via pickup points, mainly for Shopify Plus merchants, given the checkout integration is exclusive to Plus plans. Store Pickup + Delivery (CR), on the other hand, provides flexible pickup and delivery scheduling for local order fulfillment. It is designed to enable merchants to offer date and time selection for pickups and deliveries, manage fulfillment across multiple locations, and set specific rules for each store. The app's strengths are in managing the logistics of local pickup and delivery, specifically optimizing time slots, limiting orders, and tagging orders for efficient organization. This app is particularly well-suited for businesses with local storefronts or restaurants seeking to manage their own delivery operations.
