Atlasmic Live Chat & Helpdesk vs Clay: B2B Wholesale Pricingfor Shopify (2026)
Atlasmic Live Chat & Helpdesk and Clay: B2B Wholesale Pricing are two Shopify apps that, despite sharing the 'Forms' category, address vastly different needs. Atlasmic aims to provide a comprehensive customer service platform with live chat, lead capture, and analytics, targeting fast-growing e-commerce businesses that need to improve customer experience and increase revenue through direct engagement and self-service tools. Clay, on the other hand, focuses specifically on enabling B2B wholesale pricing functionalities within a Shopify store. The primary difference lies in their target audience and value proposition. Atlasmic is geared towards general e-commerce businesses looking to enhance customer support and sales through real-time interaction and data insights. It emphasizes ease of use and quick setup. Clay caters specifically to businesses engaged in wholesale operations, providing features needed to manage tiered pricing structures, customer segments, and B2B-specific sales workflows. The user reviews heavily favor Clay, suggesting high user satisfaction within its niche. Atlasmic, at present, lacks any reviews, making it challenging to assess its performance or reliability in 2026.

Our Verdict
Given the available data, Clay: B2B Wholesale Pricing appears to be a more established and reliable option for businesses specifically requiring wholesale pricing functionality. The 5/5 rating and 81 reviews indicate a strong level of user satisfaction within its target niche. Atlasmic Live Chat & Helpdesk, while promising a comprehensive customer service solution, lacks any user feedback, making it a risky choice without further information or evidence of its performance.
For merchants primarily focused on B2B sales and requiring robust wholesale pricing management, Clay is the clear choice. If customer service and lead generation are the primary goals, and a merchant is willing to take a chance on a potentially unproven app, Atlasmic *might* be worth exploring, provided thorough due diligence is performed to validate its claims.
Common Questions
Which app is easier to set up?
Atlasmic claims to have a setup time of less than one minute. Clay does not explicitly state its setup time, so a direct comparison isn't possible based on the data provided.
Which app is better for increasing sales?
Both apps claim to increase sales, but in different ways. Atlasmic aims to do so through improved customer experience and lead capture, while Clay focuses on enabling B2B sales through wholesale pricing. The better option depends entirely on the merchant's sales strategy.
Which app offers better customer support?
Atlasmic is built *for* customer support, offering live chat and helpdesk features. Clay does not directly offer customer support features within the app itself, focusing solely on pricing.
Is there any overlap in functionality between the two apps?
Based on the given information, there is minimal overlap. Both apps are categorized under 'Forms', which is a very broad category. Their core functionalities and target audiences are distinct.
Which app is more reliable in 2026?
Clay is likely more reliable due to its established presence and positive reviews. The lack of reviews for Atlasmic makes it impossible to assess its reliability.
