Our Verdict
For Shopify merchants prioritizing real-time customer support, live chat, and order tracking, Atlasmic Live Chat & Helpdesk could be a viable option *if* they can validate its claims despite the lack of reviews. However, the absence of any user feedback is a significant risk. FormCRM AI Custom Form Builder is the superior choice for merchants needing to create diverse, custom forms with advanced features like multistep forms, conditional logic, and integrations. Its 5/5 rating (albeit with only 7 reviews) suggests positive user experience and reliability, making it a safer and potentially more effective investment for form-related needs. Given the information available, FormCRM is the better choice for most merchants.
