Our Verdict
The choice between Atlasmic and Primy depends heavily on the merchant's specific needs. If a merchant's priority is to offer real-time customer support, proactively engage with visitors, and provide self-service tools like order tracking, then Atlasmic Live Chat & Helpdesk is the more suitable option. However, the complete lack of reviews in 2026 is a major red flag, suggesting it may not be a viable option.
Conversely, if a merchant requires versatile and customizable forms for data collection, lead generation, and various business processes like order forms, surveys, or feedback forms, then Primy - AI Custom Form Builder is the better choice. Its AI-powered features and integrations with other marketing platforms make it a powerful tool for streamlining form-related workflows. Primy’s 5/5 rating, though based on only 6 reviews, at least indicates some positive user experience.
