Our Verdict
Given the available data, QTA Quiz: Segment & Recommend is the safer choice for merchants specifically looking to implement quizzes for lead qualification and personalized recommendations due to its positive user feedback. The lack of reviews and a 0/5 rating for Atlasmic Live Chat & Helpdesk makes it a risky option, despite its potentially broader feature set.
If a merchant's priority is a comprehensive customer service platform with live chat and helpdesk functionalities, they might *consider* Atlasmic Live Chat & Helpdesk. However, they should proceed with extreme caution and be prepared to thoroughly test the app themselves, given the absence of user feedback. QTA Quiz: Segment & Recommend is recommended only for merchants needing the quiz-based approach.
