Our Verdict
For merchants prioritizing comprehensive onsite marketing campaigns with diverse popups, announcement bars, and upsell/cross-sell features, Attrac Popup, Announcement Bar is a strong choice. It's particularly well-suited for those who already have established email marketing workflows and want to enhance their onsite promotions. However, if merchants are looking for an all-in-one platform that combines email marketing, automation, and list-building capabilities with onsite popups, Trustoo Pop ups, Email Popups (SendWILL/Ecomsend) is the better option, providing a more integrated solution.
Common Questions
Which app is easier to set up?
Both apps claim to be easy to set up. However, since Attrac focuses primarily on onsite elements, it might be slightly quicker to configure for merchants only looking for popup and banner solutions. Trustoo, with its email marketing and automation features, involves a more comprehensive setup process.
Which app is better for increasing Average Order Value (AOV)?
Attrac appears to have a stronger focus on AOV boosting tactics through upsell/cross-sell campaigns and frequently bought together bundles. Trustoo primarily focuses on email marketing and list-building although it has popup discounts which might indirectly affect AOV. For direct AOV influence, Attrac has the edge.
Which app offers better value for merchants who are already using another email marketing platform (e.g., Klaviyo, Mailchimp)?
Attrac is likely the better choice for merchants already invested in another email marketing platform. It allows for targeted onsite marketing without overlapping on email marketing functionality. Trustoo's full email marketing capabilities would largely be redundant in this scenario.
Is there a clear price difference between the two apps?
The data provided does not include pricing information. Therefore it is difficult to determine if one has more value for money without pricing details.
Which has better customer support?
Trustoo explicitly states they offer 24/7 support via chat or email. Attrac's support options are not defined in the given data, making Trustoo the safer bet for merchants prioritizing readily available support.
