Auglio Eyewear Try‑On vs Moast Shoppable Videos & UGCfor Shopify (2026)
Auglio Eyewear Try-On and Moast Shoppable Videos & UGC both fall under the 'Images and media' category on Shopify, but target vastly different merchant needs. Auglio Eyewear Try-On focuses on a specific niche: allowing customers to virtually try on eyewear. Its value proposition is improved customer confidence and reduced returns in the eyewear sector. However, with a rating of 4.2/5 and only 15 reviews, it indicates either a newer app or one with limited adoption and potentially some areas for improvement. The small review count makes the rating less reliable. Moast Shoppable Videos & UGC, on the other hand, provides a broader solution, enabling merchants to leverage videos and user-generated content (UGC) to enhance the shopping experience. Its strength lies in its wider applicability across various product categories and its potential for driving engagement and conversions through dynamic content. The significantly higher rating of 5/5 based on 107 reviews suggests a more mature and well-received app, indicating greater customer satisfaction and potentially a more stable and feature-rich platform. The difference in review count indicates higher adoption of Moast.

Our Verdict
For merchants specifically selling eyewear and looking for a virtual try-on solution, Auglio Eyewear Try-On is the more targeted choice. However, the low review count makes it a riskier option. Merchants should carefully evaluate its features and potentially request a trial before committing.
For businesses seeking to leverage videos and UGC to boost engagement and sales across a broader range of products, Moast Shoppable Videos & UGC appears to be the stronger option. The higher rating and significantly larger number of reviews suggest greater customer satisfaction and a more reliable platform. It's a safer bet for those looking to enhance their overall visual marketing strategy.
