Our Verdict
CB: Social Media Inbox+Support, given its perfect rating and existing reviews, is likely the better choice for merchants seeking a reliable solution focused specifically on social media support. The small number of reviews (5) is a limitation, but the perfect score instills confidence. Aunoa CRM and Support Agents, despite its claims of broader channel support and AI capabilities, carries significant risk due to the complete lack of reviews. It might appeal to merchants willing to take a chance on a potentially more advanced system, but only if its features are demonstrably superior and the merchant is comfortable being an early adopter.
