Our Verdict
Given the limited information and lack of reviews for Aunoa CRM and Support Agents, Herodesk appears to be the safer choice, especially for small to mid-sized e-commerce businesses prioritizing ease of use and direct Shopify order integration. If a merchant specifically needs AI-powered automation and a more comprehensive CRM-focused support solution, Aunoa might be worth considering *if* it gains traction and positive reviews. However, the absence of any validation makes it a riskier option at this point in time. Herodesk's 5/5 rating and specific targeting of smaller businesses make it ideal for those seeking a manageable and effective helpdesk solution.
