Aunoa CRM and Support Agents vs Notch – Customer Support Suitefor Shopify (2026)
Aunoa CRM and Support Agents and Notch – Customer Support Suite both address customer support needs for Shopify merchants, but they approach it from drastically different angles. Aunoa positions itself as a tool for merchants to centralize and manage their own support efforts, offering a unified inbox and AI-powered features for task automation. It emphasizes improved response times, personalized conversations, and boosting sales through better customer support. In contrast, Notch offers a fully managed customer support solution, outsourcing the entire function to their AI and expert teams. They promise to handle all support operations, freeing up merchants to focus on business growth. The key difference lies in control and resource allocation. Aunoa empowers merchants to maintain direct control over their customer support interactions, while Notch allows merchants to offload the entire responsibility. Aunoa targets merchants who want to improve their existing customer support team's efficiency through better tools and workflows, while Notch appeals to merchants seeking a hands-off solution and willing to delegate complete management to a third party. The lack of reviews for Aunoa in comparison to Notch's perfect rating (albeit with only 4 reviews) suggests that Notch may have demonstrated early success and a validated solution.

Our Verdict
For Shopify merchants who prefer to maintain control over their customer support and have an existing team in place, Aunoa CRM and Support Agents could be a valuable tool to streamline workflows and improve efficiency. However, the lack of reviews presents a risk, and merchants should carefully evaluate its functionality before committing.
If, on the other hand, a merchant wants to completely offload their customer support and focus solely on business growth, Notch – Customer Support Suite appears to be the stronger choice. While the review count is low, the perfect rating suggests a positive initial experience. The managed service approach is well-suited for businesses that lack the resources or desire to manage their own customer support operations.
