Our Verdict
The choice between Aurum: Instagram Chat Connect and CN PDF Viewer depends heavily on a merchant's specific needs. For merchants actively using Instagram for marketing and sales and seeking to enhance customer interaction through direct chat, Aurum could be a valuable tool, *if* it proves reliable and effective in the long run despite its lack of reviews. However, the 0/5 rating and lack of reviews in 2026 is concerning and indicates potential issues or lack of adoption.
CN PDF Viewer is better suited for merchants needing to provide readily available documents to their customers, such as manuals, catalogs, or guides. The app's seemingly positive rating and focus on ease of use make it a potentially sound choice for merchants prioritizing clear and accessible documentation over social media engagement. However, the low number of reviews still suggests caution is warranted. Due diligence is needed for both apps before committing.
