Our Verdict
For merchants heavily reliant on Instagram for marketing and customer support, and seeking to directly engage with customers through chat, Aurum: Instagram Chat Connect could be appealing, *if* they were to gain positive reviews. However, the complete lack of reviews is a major red flag. On the other hand, NotFoundBot: Broken Link AI offers a more tangible and immediately impactful solution to a common e-commerce problem: broken links. Given its existing positive reviews and focus on improving the core shopping experience, NotFoundBot is the stronger recommendation, especially for stores that have a history of broken links or a large product catalog where broken links are more likely to occur.
