Our Verdict
Chargeback Specialist is the clear choice for merchants primarily concerned with managing and winning chargeback disputes. Its AI-powered automation and human oversight offer a comprehensive solution without requiring extensive technical knowledge or manual configuration. The 5-star rating and existing reviews further solidify its credibility. Authorize Earth, lacking reviews and ratings, might be suitable for merchants with very specific, niche fraud patterns that require highly customized detection rules and control over identity verification processes. However, the absence of social proof makes it a riskier choice unless the merchant has a compelling need for its unique feature set and is willing to invest significant time in configuring the app.
