Authorize Earth vs Deliverlitics: Stop Scammersfor Shopify (2026)
Authorize Earth and Deliverlitics: Stop Scammers are both Shopify apps aimed at fraud prevention, but they approach the problem from different angles. Authorize Earth focuses on general fraud prevention through identity verification and threshold-based order analysis. It leverages techniques such as ID verification, address matching, and payment validation, allowing merchants to set thresholds for order value or customer blacklist status. Deliverlitics, on the other hand, specializes in preventing delivery scams by analyzing merchant-side data like returns, reships, and support messages to identify repeat scammers and risky orders before fulfillment. The target audience and core value proposition also differ significantly. Authorize Earth seems geared towards merchants seeking a broad fraud prevention solution that includes identity verification and automated order approval/decline based on pre-defined rules. Deliverlitics, with its emphasis on delivery scams and AI-powered analysis of merchant-specific data, appears best suited for businesses struggling with "friendly fraud" and looking for a solution tailored to their specific return and reship patterns. The user reviews also heavily skew in favor of Deliverlitics, suggesting better early adoption and satisfaction.

Our Verdict
Choosing between Authorize Earth and Deliverlitics depends heavily on the specific fraud challenges a merchant faces. If a store is primarily concerned with general fraud, identity verification, and setting broad risk thresholds, Authorize Earth might be a viable option, although the lack of reviews is a significant concern. However, if delivery scams and "friendly fraud" are a major pain point, Deliverlitics appears to be the more focused and promising solution. The app's AI-powered analysis of merchant-side data and the positive initial reviews suggest it's a better fit for stores actively combating delivery-related fraud.
Given the information available in 2026, Deliverlitics is the stronger recommendation due to its specialized focus, positive user feedback (albeit limited), and a free introductory offer. Authorize Earth needs to prove its value and build a user base before it can be considered a reliable alternative. Without user feedback it is impossible to trust.
Common Questions
Which app is easier to set up and use?
Without user reviews for Authorize Earth, it's impossible to say definitively. However, Deliverlitics, with its focus on delivery scams, might have a more streamlined setup process for addressing that specific issue.
Which app is more effective at preventing chargebacks?
Deliverlitics explicitly aims to block risky orders *before* they become chargebacks related to delivery issues. Authorize Earth's focus is broader, so its impact on delivery-related chargebacks is less direct.
Which app is better for high-value orders?
Authorize Earth's ability to set thresholds based on order value (e.g., > $5000) makes it potentially suitable for high-value orders that require extra scrutiny. Deliverlitics' focus is less on order value and more on suspicious delivery patterns.
Do either of these apps offer a free trial?
Deliverlitics offers "First 100 Delivery Scams Free!" This is functionally similar to a trial. There is no free trial mentioned for Authorize Earth.
What kind of data does each app collect and analyze?
Authorize Earth analyzes order data, payment information, and potentially customer-provided identity documents. Deliverlitics analyzes merchant-side data such as returns, reships, refund requests, and support messages.
