Our Verdict
Given the available information, WAX: marketing on WhatsApp appears to be the stronger choice for Shopify merchants seeking to integrate WhatsApp into their marketing strategy. Its positive rating, established user base, and clear feature set targeting conversational marketing and automation provide a degree of confidence currently absent with AutLay. Merchants specifically looking for solutions to recover abandoned carts, send back-in-stock alerts, and re-engage customers post-purchase will find WAX particularly well-suited to their needs. AutLay, with no reviews or detailed description, presents a high degree of uncertainty and risk.
