Our Verdict
Avis Product Options, Variants is the clear choice for merchants needing to offer a wide range of product options to customers. Its strong rating and large number of reviews indicate a reliable and well-regarded app. Sizely ‑ Custom Size Charts, while potentially useful for apparel and accessories businesses, lacks any user reviews, making it a riskier choice. A merchant needing size charts should seek other solutions with user reviews, as the absence of reviews for Sizely at this stage is concerning. Unless needing size charts specifically, Avis is the preferable choice given the superior credibility and established user base.
Common Questions
Which app is easier to set up?
Without specific details about the apps' interfaces, it's hard to say definitively. However, building size charts is likely a simpler process than configuring extensive product options. Therefore, Sizely could potentially have a slightly easier initial setup if it works as intended.
Which app will have a more immediate impact on sales?
Avis Product Options, Variants will likely have a more immediate impact on sales for merchants offering customizable products. Clear and easily accessible options can directly encourage customers to purchase variations they might not have otherwise considered. Size charts typically have a more indirect impact, reducing returns and potentially increasing long-term customer satisfaction.
Which app offers better value for money?
Value for money depends on the pricing structure of each app and the specific needs of the merchant. Avis Product Options, Variants appears to be the safer bet considering its high rating and reviews, but a cost analysis should be done to see if it fits within the merchant's budget. Without pricing data for both apps, we can only assume Avis is worth the investment given its proven record.
What kind of support can I expect from each app?
Based on the data provided, it's easier to infer the quality of support for Avis. With many reviews (1366), one can assume Avis has a more established support system. The lack of reviews for Sizely makes it impossible to comment about the support experience they offer. Merchants should prioritize apps with active user communities and readily available support resources.
Which app is more SEO friendly?
Neither app directly focuses on SEO. The primary SEO benefit of both apps would be improvements to user experience. Avis by allowing users to easily find the exact product that they want, and Sizely by reducing returns and increasing customer confidence in purchasing.
