Our Verdict
For most Shopify merchants seeking to enhance product customization and offer variations, Avis Product Options, Variants is the clear choice due to its proven track record and positive user reviews. The app's established reliability makes it a safer bet for improving the customer experience. However, if you are a clothing retailer facing significant return rates due to sizing issues, SnapSize ‑ Snap, Pick and Buy presents an intriguing, albeit riskier, option. The potential for reducing returns could justify the risk associated with a new, unproven app. Clothing retailers might consider running a trial of SnapSize to assess its effectiveness, provided they are comfortable with potentially encountering bugs or a lack of support given the lack of community feedback at this time.
