AW Store Locator vs Careers Page ‑ Job Posting J.for Shopify (2026)
AW Store Locator and Careers Page ‑ Job Posting J. are both 5-star rated Shopify apps, but they cater to vastly different merchant needs. AW Store Locator focuses on physical store presence, enabling businesses to display and manage multiple store locations on their website. It emphasizes customization and ease of use, particularly for customers seeking nearby stores. Conversely, Careers Page ‑ Job Posting J. assists in building a career section on a Shopify store, facilitating job postings, applicant management, and overall hiring processes. Its strength lies in simplifying the recruitment workflow directly within the Shopify platform. The shared category of "Selling in person" is misleading as it applies only to location data being possibly related to in person sales, not feature overlap.

Our Verdict
The choice between AW Store Locator and Careers Page ‑ Job Posting J. depends entirely on the merchant's needs. If the primary goal is to improve the discoverability of physical store locations and enhance the in-person shopping experience, AW Store Locator is the clear choice. Its location-based features and customization options are directly relevant. However, if the merchant's priority is to expand their team and streamline their hiring process, Careers Page ‑ Job Posting J. provides a dedicated solution for job postings and applicant management. Attempting to use one app for the other's primary function would be ineffective.
