Awin ‑ Affiliate Marketing and Shortly — Affiliate Marketing both aim to help Shopify merchants grow sales through affiliate programs. Awin positions itself as a comprehensive platform for connecting with an existing Awin advertiser account, tracking affiliate performance, transactions, and payments in one place. Their focus is on providing real-time visibility and measurement of affiliate activities. Shortly, on the other hand, lacks specific feature details in the provided data but boasts a significantly higher user rating and review count, potentially indicating a more user-friendly experience or a better performing affiliate network. Our Verdict
For merchants already embedded in the Awin affiliate network and requiring detailed tracking and reporting capabilities tied directly to their Awin advertiser account, Awin ‑ Affiliate Marketing might be a fit despite the lower rating. However, Shopify merchants new to affiliate marketing or prioritizing ease of use and a proven track record should strongly consider Shortly — Affiliate Marketing due to its significantly higher rating and larger user base. Without additional data on Shortly's specific features, it's difficult to make a definitive comparison, but the user sentiment strongly favors Shortly.
