Our Verdict
The choice between Axon and Squishbit depends heavily on the merchant's priorities. If acquiring new customers through innovative channels is the primary goal, Axon is the clear choice, particularly for stores with a significant advertising budget. However, if the focus is on improving website performance and user experience to drive organic traffic and conversions, Squishbit is the better option. While both are valuable, their functions are orthogonal; a mature store could potentially benefit from both, but a resource-constrained merchant should prioritize based on their current business needs.
