Our Verdict
Chaty: WhatsApp & Chat buttons is the better choice for merchants whose primary goal is to improve customer engagement, provide instant support, and drive sales through direct communication channels. Its high rating and large number of reviews suggest strong user satisfaction and a proven track record. AZ: Google Font & Custom Fonts is suitable for merchants who want more control over their store's typography for branding purposes. However, given the limited reviews, its effectiveness may vary.
Ultimately, the choice depends on the merchant's specific priorities. If communication and customer support are crucial, Chaty is the clear winner. If font customization is paramount, AZ: Google Font & Custom Fonts might be considered, but with caution due to the low review count.
