AZ Order Limits Quantity MOQ vs Extendons Quantity Selectorfor Shopify (2026)
AZ Order Limits Quantity MOQ and Extendons Quantity Selector both target Shopify merchants needing order limit and quantity control, but their approaches and apparent maturity differ significantly. AZ Order Limits focuses on comprehensive control, mentioning inventory management, fraud prevention, and repurchase limits via custom rules based on quantity, value, and weight. Extendons Quantity Selector, in contrast, emphasizes an improved user experience, focusing on stylish quantity selection buttons, real-time validation, and a consistent UI across product pages, collections, and the cart. The core difference lies in their execution. AZ Order Limits aims for broad functionality, potentially appealing to merchants with complex order restriction needs. However, the lack of reviews and a zero rating raises concerns about its reliability and usability. Extendons Quantity Selector, despite only having three reviews, boasts a perfect 5-star rating, suggesting a positive initial user experience. Its focus on UI/UX improvements indicates a target audience more concerned with optimizing the customer journey than implementing extensive, potentially complex, back-end rules. The marketing messages also differ. AZ Order Limits focuses on the back-end gains of inventory management and revenue protection, while Extendons focuses on increased AOV and shopper confidence. The choice between the two likely hinges on a merchant's priorities. If a merchant needs robust, potentially complex order restriction rules and is willing to risk potential usability issues, AZ Order Limits might be considered, assuming future positive updates and reviews appear. However, for merchants prioritizing an improved user experience, enhanced conversion rates, and a more streamlined ordering process, Extendons Quantity Selector appears to be the stronger contender, pending sufficient volume of reviews to confirm its quality.

Our Verdict
For most Shopify merchants in 2026, especially those focused on improving the customer experience and increasing average order value, Extendons Quantity Selector is likely the better choice, assuming the 5-star rating holds up with more reviews. Its focus on a user-friendly interface and real-time validation can directly impact conversion rates and customer satisfaction.
However, if a merchant has specific, complex needs related to fraud prevention, repurchase limits, or inventory control based on order weight, and is willing to invest time in configuring potentially complex custom rules, AZ Order Limits Quantity MOQ *might* be considered. This recommendation heavily depends on seeing significant improvements in its rating and a larger pool of positive reviews, confirming its reliability and usability. In the absence of positive validation, the risk associated with AZ Order Limits Quantity MOQ outweighs its potential benefits.
