B2B Order Agent vs Exporteofor Shopify (2026)
B2B Order Agent and Exporteo are both Shopify apps listed under the 'Orders - Other' category, but they serve distinctly different purposes. B2B Order Agent focuses on enabling sales representatives and staff to place orders on behalf of B2B customers by impersonating them on the storefront. It leverages Shopify's B2B Companies, Customers & Checkout to provide a personalized ordering experience, complete with customer-specific pricing and catalog visibility. The key selling point is facilitating assisted sales and streamlining the B2B order process when draft orders are insufficient. Exporteo, on the other hand, lacks a detailed description. Based solely on the provided data, its functionality is unclear beyond being related to orders. Given the lack of information and specific feature details, it's difficult to make a direct functional comparison. However, the stark difference in ratings and reviews suggests a significant difference in user satisfaction and adoption rates. One helps reps place orders for B2B customers, the other's function is obscured in this scenario.

Our Verdict
Based on the available data, B2B Order Agent appears to be tailored for B2B businesses that require sales teams to directly assist customers with order placement, mirroring their specific pricing and product visibility. It is ideal for businesses finding Shopify's draft order functionality insufficient for complex B2B scenarios.
Exporteo, due to the lack of a description and functionality details, cannot be recommended based solely on this information. The significant difference in rating and the absence of reviews for B2B Order Agent suggests that merchants should proceed with caution. More research on both applications should be done before implementation. It's plausible Exporteo addresses a completely different ordering need.
Common Questions
What specific problem does B2B Order Agent solve?
It addresses the challenge of enabling sales reps to accurately place orders on behalf of B2B customers with personalized pricing, catalogs, and discounts within the Shopify storefront. It's designed for situations where draft orders are insufficient to replicate the customer's exact experience.
How does B2B Order Agent ensure data privacy when impersonating customers?
The app allows administrators to limit which customers an impersonator can access, ensuring that sales reps only have access to the accounts they are authorized to manage.
Is Exporteo a suitable replacement for B2B Order Agent?
Based on the limited information provided, it is impossible to determine if Exporteo is a suitable replacement. Its core functionality is unknown, so it may address a completely different aspect of order management.
Why does B2B Order Agent have no reviews?
The lack of reviews could indicate a new app, low adoption rate, or issues with the app that discourage users from leaving reviews. Merchants should exercise caution and investigate further before installing.
What is the biggest risk of using B2B Order Agent with no reviews?
The primary risk is the lack of social proof. Without reviews, it's difficult to assess the app's reliability, ease of use, and potential for bugs or compatibility issues within your specific Shopify setup. The product may not function as intended.
