B2B Order Insurance vs Postly: Click and Drop Syncfor Shopify (2026)
B2B Order Insurance and Postly: Click and Drop Sync both aim to improve order management, but address completely different needs. B2B Order Insurance focuses on chargeback protection by creating a visual record of shipped orders. Its strength lies in its free unlimited archiving and dispute response generation, targeting merchants concerned about fraudulent chargebacks, especially for international orders. Postly, on the other hand, streamlines the shipping process by integrating with Royal Mail's Click & Drop service, automating label printing and order dispatch updates. The critical difference lies in their core function. B2B Order Insurance is a reactive tool for dealing with issues *after* shipping, while Postly is a proactive tool for improving shipping *efficiency*. B2B Order Insurance is heavily reliant on manual photo capture by employees, whereas Postly is highly automated once set up. The target merchant for B2B Order Insurance is one dealing with a high volume of chargebacks, while Postly targets merchants using Royal Mail's Click & Drop service who want to automate their shipping workflow and reduce manual data entry. The significant disparity in the number of reviews (1 vs 17), despite both having a 5-star rating, suggests Postly has a larger and more active user base, possibly indicating a wider appeal or a longer presence in the Shopify app store.
