B2B Registration Forms Builder vs CP: Order Editing & Upsellsfor Shopify (2026)
Both B2B Registration Forms Builder and CP: Order Editing & Upsells share the 'Accounts and login' Shopify category, but cater to vastly different needs. B2B Registration Forms Builder appears to focus on streamlining B2B onboarding by allowing merchants to create custom registration forms. Its strength lies in simplifying the signup process for wholesale or B2B customers, though its scant review count makes its real-world performance somewhat uncertain. CP: Order Editing & Upsells, in contrast, targets improved customer experience and reduced support costs post-purchase. Its functionality centers on allowing customers to self-manage aspects of their orders, such as editing addresses, quantities, and applying discounts. CP: Order Editing & Upsells differentiates itself by offering features like address validation, post-purchase upsells, and 3PL/WMS integrations. These features are absent from the description of B2B Registration Forms Builder, suggesting it lacks capabilities beyond registration form creation. CP: Order Editing & Upsells has a higher number of reviews, which may indicate a more established user base and greater confidence in its reliability and functionality. The core difference is that one focuses on pre-sale onboarding (B2B Registration) and the other focuses on post-sale order management (CP: Order Editing & Upsells).

Our Verdict
For merchants primarily focused on acquiring and onboarding B2B customers, B2B Registration Forms Builder could be a valuable tool, provided they validate its capabilities thoroughly due to the limited reviews. However, its functionality is limited to the initial registration phase. For merchants prioritizing improved customer experience, reduced support tickets, and increased average order value through self-service order management and post-purchase upsells, CP: Order Editing & Upsells is the clear choice. Its feature set extends far beyond simple account creation and offers a more comprehensive solution for managing customer orders post-purchase. Due to the robust feature set and more substantial user base, CP: Order Editing & Upsells is generally the stronger recommendation for a wider range of stores looking to improve operations.
