B2B Wholesale Hub vs Singleton | Verify Customersfor Shopify (2026)
B2B Wholesale Hub and Singleton | Verify Customers both address pricing control on Shopify, but cater to distinct needs. B2B Wholesale Hub focuses on comprehensive B2B functionality, providing tools for tiered pricing, customer segmentation, and B2B-specific features like net terms and quick order forms. It aims to enable merchants to run both B2C and B2B operations from a single Shopify store, offering granular control over pricing for different customer groups. In contrast, Singleton | Verify Customers centers on customer verification and access control. Its primary function is to manage which customers can view prices and 'add to cart' buttons. This app is useful for merchants who need strict control over who sees their products and pricing, such as those selling exclusive or sensitive goods or services. While it offers some customer segmentation based on tags, its strength lies in managing customer access and data collection through customizable registration forms, rather than detailed pricing strategies like B2B Wholesale Hub. The core difference lies in the level of B2B functionality. B2B Wholesale Hub is a full-fledged B2B solution, while Singleton focuses specifically on controlling access and visibility to products and prices, a prerequisite that may be used when setting up a private or B2B store.

Our Verdict
For merchants seeking a comprehensive B2B solution with advanced pricing strategies, B2B Wholesale Hub is the superior choice. It provides a wider range of features tailored to B2B operations, including net terms, quick order forms, and volume discounts. While its 4.8 rating is slightly lower, the significantly higher number of reviews (653 vs 78) suggests a more established and widely used product.
Singleton | Verify Customers is ideal for merchants who prioritize strict customer verification and access control. If the primary goal is to limit access to products and pricing to approved customers, particularly when selling sensitive or exclusive products, Singleton's streamlined approach to customer approval and visibility management will be more suitable. However, it lacks the comprehensive B2B functionalities offered by B2B Wholesale Hub.
