B2Bridge B2B Wholesale Pricing vs Magical Make an Offerfor Shopify (2026)
B2Bridge B2B Wholesale Pricing and Magical Make an Offer are both Shopify apps focused on pricing, but they cater to vastly different business models. B2Bridge is explicitly designed for B2B (wholesale) businesses needing to manage complex customer-specific pricing, volume discounts, and net payment terms, offering features like ERP/CRM integration and quick order functionality. Its focus is on creating a streamlined wholesale experience with features like custom pricing tables and price list import/export. Magical Make an Offer, on the other hand, targets B2C (direct-to-consumer) businesses or those looking to implement a negotiation-based pricing strategy with individual customers. Magical Make an Offer emphasizes increasing sales by allowing customers to submit offers on products and orders. Its strength lies in its flexible rules for automatically accepting, declining, or countering offers, customizable notifications, and built-in analytics. The app enables merchants to experiment with 'Pay What You Want' pricing and manage negotiations directly within the Shopify platform. While B2Bridge focuses on automating complex B2B pricing structures, Magical Make an Offer prioritizes individual negotiation and dynamic pricing in a more consumer-facing context.

Our Verdict
If you operate a B2B wholesale business and need a comprehensive solution for managing customer-specific pricing, net payment terms, and integrating with your ERP/CRM systems, B2Bridge B2B Wholesale Pricing is the clear choice. Its features are specifically tailored to the complexities of B2B ecommerce. However, the low number of reviews should encourage thorough testing.
For businesses, particularly B2C, looking to experiment with negotiation-based pricing, implement 'Pay What You Want' strategies, or simply boost sales by allowing customers to submit offers, Magical Make an Offer is the better option. Its focus on individual negotiation and dynamic pricing, along with its higher review count, makes it a more suitable choice for this type of business model. The higher review count suggests more widespread usage and potentially more stability.
