Baback ‑ Exchanges & Returns and PostCo Returns & Exchanges are both highly-rated Shopify apps designed to streamline returns and exchanges for merchants. Our Verdict
For Shopify merchants primarily operating within France and Europe, Baback ‑ Exchanges & Returns appears to be the stronger choice, given its explicit focus on the European market and the promise of integrated logistics solutions and partner return transport contracts tailored for the region. Its detailed interface for logistics is compelling. However, the low number of reviews is a risk factor. If a merchant needs a solution with a larger proven user base and is less concerned with Europe-specific features or doesn't operate in Europe, PostCo Returns & Exchanges, with its significantly higher number of reviews, may be a safer option. Without further data on PostCo's capabilities and geographic focus, it's challenging to provide a definitive recommendation outside the European context.
