Our Verdict
For merchants primarily struggling with lost sales due to products frequently going out of stock, Back In Stock ︱Restock Rooster is the better choice. Its ease of setup and focus on recapturing lost sales through back-in-stock alerts makes it a simple and effective solution. However, if a merchant's strategy heavily relies on WhatsApp for customer communication, marketing campaigns, and customer support, WhatsApp Connect ‑ Nextel offers a more comprehensive suite of features, albeit potentially requiring a steeper learning curve and more complex setup. Given the lack of reviews for Nextel, merchants should proceed with caution and ideally seek a trial period to assess its effectiveness within their specific business context. Restock Rooster has the advantage of user validation.
