Back In Stock,Notify Me: Kbite vs Chatarminfor Shopify (2026)
Back In Stock,Notify Me: Kbite and Chatarmin, while both listed under 'Marketing - Other' on Shopify, cater to very different needs. Kbite focuses solely on back-in-stock notifications, allowing customers to sign up to be alerted when a product is replenished. This makes it a very focused, single-purpose application. Chatarmin, on the other hand, positions itself as a comprehensive WhatsApp marketing solution targeted at European e-commerce brands, offering features like newsletters, abandoned cart recovery, and AI-powered chatbots. Its key proposition revolves around high open rates and ROI through WhatsApp communication. The primary distinction lies in their scope and target audience. Kbite addresses a common need for many stores – managing out-of-stock product inquiries and driving sales when items are restocked. Chatarmin aims at larger e-commerce businesses, particularly those in Europe, looking to leverage WhatsApp for marketing and customer service with automation and AI, and is heavily focused on ROI and brand reputation.

Our Verdict
For smaller shops simply wanting a solution to notify customers when products are back in stock, Back In Stock,Notify Me: Kbite is likely the more suitable option. It's highly rated and has a substantial number of reviews, suggesting reliability and effectiveness in its specific niche. For larger e-commerce businesses, particularly in Europe, that are already invested in WhatsApp marketing and are looking for a comprehensive platform with automation and AI capabilities, Chatarmin appears to be tailored to that need, even though it currently has very few reviews. However, given the vast disparity in the number of reviews, caution is warranted and thorough due diligence is recommended with Chatarmin.
The choice depends heavily on the merchant's size, target market, and existing marketing strategy. If you want a no-frills back-in-stock solution, Kbite. If you need advanced WhatsApp marketing and have customers in Europe, investigate Chatarmin further. Consider a trial period with each app to assess suitability to your business.
Common Questions
What are the main differences in pricing structures?
Without specific pricing information, it's difficult to say definitively. However, Kbite's focused functionality might suggest a simpler, possibly cheaper pricing model compared to Chatarmin's feature-rich platform, which may have tiered pricing based on usage or number of contacts.
Which app is easier to set up and use?
Based on their descriptions, Back In Stock,Notify Me: Kbite is likely easier to set up due to its singular function. Chatarmin, with its numerous features and automation options, might require more time and technical expertise to configure effectively. However, both apps may provide user-friendly interfaces.
Does Chatarmin offer email support like most Back In Stock Apps?
The Chatarmin description heavily focuses on WhatsApp, suggesting that customer communication is primarily intended to be via WhatsApp with additional support through Ticketing Tools. The descriptions for Chatarmin do not mention if it offers email as a communication method.
Which app is better for international Shopify stores?
While Back In Stock,Notify Me: Kbite is likely applicable internationally, Chatarmin is presented as specifically designed for the European market and utilizes WhatsApp. Consider if your target market is in Europe, or if not, the functionality might not be suited to the market.
How important are the vast differences in review counts?
The difference in review count is significant. Back In Stock,Notify Me: Kbite has a large number of reviews, giving more confidence in its reliability and established user base.
