Back In Stock,Notify Me: Kbite vs DoubleTick WhatsApp Sales CRMfor Shopify (2026)
Back In Stock,Notify Me: Kbite focuses solely on addressing product unavailability by notifying customers when items are back in stock. Its primary strength lies in its specialized functionality, allowing merchants to recapture potential sales lost due to out-of-stock situations. The overwhelming number of positive reviews (2804) suggests a high level of user satisfaction and effective performance in its niche. It appeals to merchants who experience frequent stockouts or want to proactively minimize lost sales. DoubleTick WhatsApp Sales CRM, on the other hand, positions itself as a broader customer engagement and sales tool, leveraging WhatsApp Business API. It offers features like a WhatsApp chatbot widget, abandoned cart reminders, order completion and fulfillment notifications, and post-purchase follow-ups. This app targets merchants seeking to enhance customer interaction and drive sales through WhatsApp, focusing on conversational commerce. However, the significantly lower rating (2.4/5) and extremely limited number of reviews (2) raise concerns about its reliability and effectiveness compared to Back In Stock,Notify Me: Kbite. In 2026, with increasing competition in Shopify apps, the vast difference in user feedback between the two apps should be a major factor in the decision-making process.

Our Verdict
For merchants primarily concerned with minimizing lost sales due to out-of-stock items, Back In Stock,Notify Me: Kbite is the clear choice. Its exceptional rating and vast number of positive reviews indicate a reliable and effective solution. The app also likely offers a simpler setup and easier user experience. However, if a merchant's top priority is leveraging WhatsApp for personalized customer engagement and sales, DoubleTick WhatsApp Sales CRM may be worth exploring, but with extreme caution due to the low rating and lack of substantial user feedback. Given the information, it may be worth waiting for future updates and a higher review count before seriously considering DoubleTick. In 2026, reliable ratings and user feedback are very important in the Shopify app store due to the high number of apps.
